Yes.

Also, other shires are quite free to fetch and install OpenOffice.org for 
themselves for free, anytime.

Point out that OOo will sometimes read broken MSO documents which lock up or 
kill Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Introduce them to Mozilla, particularly for the low-virus email client. This 
is a `stealth' adoption tactic because if they're happy enough with OOo and 
Mozilla, moving to Linux is going to be no great effort for most of them.
