Sure, it apparently works acceptably (depending on your definition of 
acceptably) but its still scary. I don't want windows-based voting 
systems, ever. Let's all get even more reliant on Microsoft... yeah. 
Also how many people would you trust to put togeather a voting system - 
windows based or otherwise?
