[plug] vim and paragraphs

Interesting. While ":help gq" gets me info on the gq command, vim 
doesn't seem to actually accept it

vim version 6.1.18 ( debian version 6.1.018-1 )

I presume there's something embarrasingly obvious I'm missing? :Q 
doesn't work either.
