[plug] Problem with gethostbyname

Hi All,

I have been having some problems with RH6.2.  I've configured RH6.2 to
accept telnet connections from certain IP addresses.

In the hosts.allow file, I have

ALL: .wa.bigpond.net.au: ALLOW

However, when I look in the secure file in /var/logs, I get a getbyhostname
failed error message.

The message is

can't verify hostname : gethostbyname(CPE-144-137-234-225.wa.bigpond.net.au)
failed

Is this something to do with the gethostbyname function in RH6.2?
