[plug] phpMyAdmin

Having some problems installing phpMyAdmin.  When we open a browser for
the site we get the following messages:
Parse error: parse error in /var/www/html/phpMyAdmin/config.inc.php3 on
line 11

Warning: Variable passed to reset() is not an array or object in
/var/www/html/phpMyAdmin/lib.inc.php3 on line 102

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in
/var/www/html/phpMyAdmin/lib.inc.php3 on line 103

Any idea on how to fix this?  It's a RHL7.1 server.
