[plug] merchant tea rooms, was: linux mag, meeting?

These Merchant Tea Rooms, is this a public place where we just turn up, or 
do I book this? An answer fairly quickly would be good, or else I'm goin' to 
be in hot water, hehe! What kind of place is it btw?
