IMHO, doing more phone-line based stuff is stupid in the end. There are 
serious problems with having too many ADSL users on a single exchange, 
due to cross-talk issues in wiring etc. Remember, that stuff isn't 
shielded - I seem to remember a figure of about 10% of users on each 
exchange can be on ADSL.

In the longer term we need to stop wasting $$ on ADSL and work on stuff 
like fiber-to-home and/or wireless solutions (but the latter has shared 
medium issues). Utilitel is a good step in the right direction and when 
they come fully online it should give telstra a /real/ shock.
