[plug] Speex audio streaming

Hi all,

Has anybody here had any experience in broadcasting audio streams,
specifically a Speex encoded stream? All the software I can track
down is still in heavy development or standardising or otherwise
thin on the ground. 

We're looking at streaming some of the presentations at LCA live
onto the interweb and I'm just scrounging around for ideas.  If all
else fails, a raw netcat pipe at either end might have to do, but
I'd like something cleaner - perhaps a H323 server that gnomemeeting
can connect to?
