AFAICT he is as almost-painfully honest as Nick Bannon, a property to be 
treasured in a lawyer despite the underhanded politics that often happen in a 
courtroom, for at least four reasons:

 1. If you don't cheat, you can't get caught; and

 2. Judges learn to trust him; and

 3. If you get egg on your face, it will be in the privacy of his office,
    not in Court; and 

 4. He won't pad your bill.
