If you mean bekkers.com.au as a presume you do because bekker.com.au does 
not exist, they are far from sinister and offer IT services, broadband 
access, hosting services etc.

If it really is bekker with no 's', then that will explain the lack of mail 
relaying.

Although all of WASP's hosts still trace through paradox, they may be 
temporarily housing stuff with bekkers, utilisiting them as a redundant 
link, or several other possibilities.

Who am I to speculate though.
