[plug] Sound card dramas

Try putting the Sound Card in the Last/Bottom slot (a trick that was told to
me by Creative Tech support) works everytime for me.

I remember having a problem with a sound card with HP Pavilion and W98.

By memory, I had to remove all sound cards from the hardware config, reboot
and then let w98 detect the new hardware.
