Iprimus have just come up with a new range of offerings. 256/512 with 3g limit for around $109 I think, and for an extra $40-$50 (per month) you can get a 5g limit. Don't quote me on the details but I think that's about right. They also have cheaper deals for 128/256 if memory serves me right. Check out their web site.
