You've been to the UCC meetings.  try and organize something similar.
If you do it like UCC then you will effectively have a monthly installfest
as people will always have the opportunity to bring their machines along.

Try not to clash with existing PLUG meetings, because that will force people
to choose, and appear to have division within the association.
