Sounds like an a great name for an Oracle app to me...

"For Oracle" = Fora

Bollocka. Problem is that "hl=en" doesnt really work. If you actually
look at those links, most are not English, or are acronyms etc.
  The only genuine use of 'fora' I found in a sentence, was in an article
by a lawyer.
