 From what I've done with Outlook *shudder*:

Outlook 97 -> 2000 supports 'net folders' which allow sharing of most 
things by automatically emailing them between the users.

You can also set up a Microsoft Mail directory using a tool originally 
shipped with windows 95 and users can then share everything through a 
networked directory known as a postoffice.  This works with everything 
except Outlook 2002 (but if you upgrade a working Microsoft Mail 
installation from a previous Outlook version to 2002, it retains the 
functionality).
