No, it currently resolves to 0.0.0.0 which is a global broadcast address and 
probably resolves to your own machine. (-:

Interesting that in reverse DNS it calls itself testwindowsxp.net; but of a 
headscratcher. textwindowsxp.net also resolves to 0.0.0.0
