This was an upgrade job and the owner had actually _kept_ all the 
manuals, original disks, etc etc. I was stunned. Unfortunately the 
manual was utterly useless as it may as well have been written by a 
braindead cow; hence the issue with finding out what kind of RAM it wanted.
