[plug] redhat 7.3 kernel compile

Look at the .spec and .config files left in the kernel*.src.rpm

The .spec lists changes, additions, and notes (supposed to anyway :) )
The /usr/src/linux-2.2.19/configs/*.config lists the options chosen
during their make menuconfig or whatever
