Ahh - it's a neptune board.  I've got one of them too.  One of the plugs
is a standard 5/12V AT power connector, the other is a 3.3V special.
You'll need to either find yourself a power supply that has both these
outputs (which are few and far between), or a PCI voltage regulator
card (which aren't all that easy to find either).
