The issue is usually a case of what route it takes. From a place such as
the UCC you cannot get on to planetmirror due to the use of private waix
ips. If you are using a real world ip it is very hard to determine if it
is going there and back through waix. Ideally they need to set a flag to
indicate that a packet should be waix routed, or something to that
effect, though I believe there are a number of reasons that would be
difficult/impossible.
