[plug] sending mail from remote through office server

We are trying to send mail from a remote location through the office
e-mail server. The mail is being held up on the office server and not
going to it's destination.
I'm not on the 192.168.2.2 host, the remote user is. This is a postfix
mail system.
userid at domain.com.au has been changed from the real user at domain.com.au.

Do I have to allow access to this in /etc/mail/access ? Or is there any
factor controlling this?

Thanks
