[plug] CD-ROM Burner problem

I've having a problem loading my cd-rom burner (Samsung Model:CD-R/RW
SW-216B).  Some of the times when I boot the system it'll show up and
other times it doesn't.

In my /etc/grub.conf I have the following info regarding this version of
