[plug] ide positions

There hasn't been any chages to it, it's a fresh installation, maybe a 
fortnight old. The settings are all fine, it works, but I get the messages 
in xconsole, I can use it though, it comes up fine under the detecting 
process and the jumpers are all cool. I've tried it under win98 and w2k too.
