How about billing them/suing them for:
1) The bandwidth wasted in downloading their messages (always in HTML, in my
experience)
2) The time wasted while their messages are downloading
3a) The time taken to open their message, realise it is spam, and throw it
away, or
3b) The time taken to write a procmail script to throw all their mail out.

If:
A = the sum of times for 1,2
B = The time for 3a
C = The time for 3b
D = the number of spams I get from this one outfit
E = my billout rate
F = the number of other people I know who also get the same spam messages

Both (A+B)*D*E*F and C*E*F is a non-trivial value...

Go get `em Jeremy :-)
