Not unless you created revocation certificates while you had the secret 
key, and put
them somewhere sensible. In my case, printed out and stored.  After all 
it wouldn't be too good if anybody could revoke a pubkey :-(

anybody feel free to correct me tho, I'm far from an advanced gpg user.
