[plug] Spark downtime

Hi All,
	Spark (and indeed LSWA) will be offline for approx 3 hours today.
This downtime is to upgrade the 128k ISDN to 3Mb ... somthing.

As always the bandwidth costs for spark are being donated to PLUG by LSWA.
so we can all do 2 things
	1) Be nice, don't abuse it.
	2) Where possible support Chris and LSWA by useing thier store
	   for you Linux/Geek needs.

Thats all back to a regular programming.
