cp /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0:1

then 

vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0:1

and edit the IP

im pretty sure thats all you have to do...
