change the 127.0.0.1 to the external IP address or 0.0.0.0 ( to listen on
all local IPs)

I did noticed that there is a Daemon setting to 127.0.0.1
(DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA'))
