[plug] Eth0 troubles

Hi all,

I recently took down my Win2k box to play musical hard drives. Before
taking it down it could talk to my linux box and the world fine. Now I
have put a new HD in and reinstalled Win2k, but I can't get them to talk
together.

My Debian box (192.168.0.1) sees and load the modules for my ne2k-pci
ok. Ifconfig gives;

eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:40:05:E2:D3:F5

I set up the route;

192.168.0.0   0.0.0.0   255.255.255.0  U  0  0  0  eth0

Everything is set up on my Win2k (192.168.0.2) as it should be with
192.168.0.1 being set as the gateway.

I am not getting any replies from ping etc.

doing a tcpdump i get;

I even tried compiling and install a new kernel (2.2.20 + 2.4.17)

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
