I don't agree - not unless its changed between RH7.0 and RH7.3. I found 
debian to have much more "fine-grained" package selection and fewer 
dependencies defined ("suggests" and even "reccomends" can be left out 
with debian - not with RH where its either a dep or not). I was able to 
get a usable debian system in 300MB where RH had taken up over 550MB for 
the same functionality, and I was pretty new to debian.

On the other hand perhaps I just missed something about RH.
