[plug] looking for a groupware e-mail system

Just curious how is this possible when the .pst files are not sharable.  That 
is they cannot be accessed by more than one person.  We were on site today 
and this is what we saw left and right.  Only in an Exchange environment are 
they able to share resources.  This is Outlook 97
