[plug] annoying dhcp messages?

ok, dhcp seems to be working relatively smoothly now, with one or two
niggling annoyances.

the main one is that the dhcp daemon seems to fire these messages at my
syslogs all the time. since logcheck emails them to me every hour, my
email is getting annoyingly large.

any ideas what i can do to stop them? i have told dhcp on startup to
only listen on port eth0 (another message further down), but can't see
why this should be happening - surely it cannot be that my dhcp requests
are being sent over the internet?
