[plug] wvdial settings?

Who here knows/uses wvdial for their internet connection?

How would you stop wvdial, dialing the internet straight after it gets
disconnected?
Plus to make wvdial only dial at a certain time. Eg. Midnight.

So you can have it setup to dial at eg. 0:00, and if its been disconnected
before that 0:00 the next day it reconnects again at that time, or if its
still connected by the time comes the next day it doesn't do anything.
(since it can't reconnect if its already connected)

Anyone?
