[plug] DNS and icmp

Hi all I am having some problems with my dns I dont seem to be able to
update
my seconder anymore
I dont know if the problem is at my isp end or my end I get the following
error
from the following command
tcpdump -NnOqt src 203.57.132.141

returns:

ppp0 > 203.57.132.141 > 203.57.128.17: icmp: 203.57.132.141 udp port domain
unreachable [tos 0xc0]

could sombody please give me some help in isolating the problem
