Not in Konqueror from KDE3; the menu frames drop down, but their backgrounds 
aren't properly filled out and you can't click on them. Konqueror's 
JavaScript is still pretty dodgy, so this comes as no surprise.

I'll attach a screenshot to a private email for you.
