Tim,

Probably the most painless and fastest way to get a copy is to go to 
LinuxWA. They have CDs on the shelf for sale, a 3disk set for about 20 
bucks.

They  are located on the corner of Carrington St and South Street 
Hilton. It's a bright yellow shop beside a pizza shop. I get there on a 
#99/#98 bus which stops across the road.
