[plug] [OT] ISP debate - Indigo pulls plug on DoV

I hear Telstra is pushing every ISP it can influence to do this. Indigo's DoV 
prices weren't great anyway, they were framed with ISDN in mind, whereas at 
least ArachNet and WestNet price them with analogue in mind.

The last water gurgles out of Indigo's DoV tub at the end of May. For those 
who know him, Kurt Baeten is now their marketing manager.
