[plug] Adobe acrobat can't display fonts or icons

or read man xpdf (and check the -upw argument).. I gave up on acrobat
long ago as the linux version wouldnt open all the files that xpdf would
and was very flaky, also probs with display settings.  However, even
with xpdf I had to double convert some (pdftops, then ps2pdf or some
such!)
