[plug] Screen resolution

If you're running Red Hat, type "Xconfigurator" (capital X is intentional)
and you can change your desktop resolution through that tool.

You have to be root to do this, and if you run it under X, don't let it test
the settings. Also before you confirm the settings you change it to, make
sure your monitor can handle the refresh rate you've specified and
resolution you set it to. I've seen (and smelt) what happens to a monitor
when it attempts to display a resolution/refresh rate out of its proper
operational range.

If you're running in GUI mode all of the time (runlevel 5), I think that
CTRL+ALT+Backspace should close X and then start it up again, or if not in
runlevel 5, drop back to a console and startx again :).
