I'd also be wary that it may not be compatible with Australia's ADSL
network either.  Some aren't.

I've got a D-Link DSL-500 and I had to flash it to a later firmware
version to get it to work once my ADSL got connected yesterday.

Has anyone seen Aztec ADSL modems for sale here in Australia? Ive been 
talking to a guy in Europe, and they use a Aztec 900E, which sell for 
A$150 retail. This is much cheaper than equiv ethernet ADSL modems here.

He has offered to ship one for me, but I'd prefer that it was Austel 
approved..
