Muttprint does a fantastic job. Pipe it a raw email, and it finds
the appropriate headers etc, prints it out Netscape mail style, and
has an optional logo. Not sure how sylpheed would integrate, but
it's surely possible. Example at http://dagobah.ucc.asn.au/muttprint.pdf
In debian speak, apt-get install muttprint
