Pacific are now selling in WA. Although they don't yet offer their most
popular features (the unlimited nights and weekends). They recently
connected to WAIX, but haven't decieded whether or not to make that
free.
Their corporate accounts however are top notch.
Plus, David Luyer, whom runs a lot of their stuff is UCCan.
