[plug] Apache access.conf

Okay I think I have tracked down the problem
checking the error.log says

[error] [client 203.57.132.141] client denied by server configuration:
/usr/doc/apache

However the client address is 192.168.3.10 a windows machine

The above ip 203.57.132.141 is my static ip address
why would the error not report the correct client ip address of 192.168.3.10
If I allow 203.57.132.141 it works
Now I am confused.
