[plug] Portable broadband solution

ADSL is setup at the exchange so is NOT portable. But a laptop with a debian 
mirror is pretty cool..  But getting all your networks onto debian might be 
the drama...

Count on needing 5-6 GB for stable i386. (plus usual installation etc..)
