[plug] v2.5 Kernel Compilation

There has been quite a few compilation problems with the APIC and APM code
in the last few kernels, that and the module loader has been replaced.

Reporting problems to lkml is fine, just make a note that you aren't part of
the mailing list and ask them to CC you.
