Ok, here is a nice way to do it:
http://waix.waia.asn.au/lg/waix.html
CLick on BGP on then enter the IP address (looks like 130.95.3.201).
That'll tell you if the thing is in WAIX. Note that this does /not/ mean that
your route to it is through WAIX, this obviously depends on whether your ISP
uses that route, etc, etc.
