[plug] Oututting VIM syntax highlighting

Does anyone know if one can output VIM's syntax highlighting in any form so
I can make HTML pages of Perl code to look like they do in VIM?  I know
there is beautifier and code2html, but none are as pretty as VIM, even after
a lot of modification :)
