Two comments; firstly, two days' notice is inadequate, secondly, the 
timing of the meeting may not be so good. Many tertiary students are at 
the end of semester finishing off the semester's work, and preparing 
for exams. Such a meeting, in early December, after tertiary exams have 
finished for the year, may be better, to catch final year students, and 
giving them less distraction from exam preparation.

I think that the concept is a good idea; I just perceive these two 
problems.
