Wait 'till you see the up-notice...

    Telstra have confirmed that the switch network located at the
    Wellington Street exchange has returned to normal service. It
    is unknown at this time what affected the switch network,
    however Telstra are confident that the problem has been
    isolated, identified and rectified.

WTF? We don't know what it was, but we're sure we found and fixed it? What did 
they do, call in a US air strike?
