I agree with Harry - it would be good to do the whole thing at
workshops/meetings, where many cooks can make light broth work (or
something like that).

My Coolpix 775 can do macros from 4cm @2mbit - not quite up to Leon's
specs, but I can take closeups of Leon's Sony taking pics of the XBox
